Adam Michael Conley

Attorney

Adam Michael Conley, Esquire, is a criminal defense attorney with a practical, inside-out understanding of the justice system. Before transitioning into defense work, Adam served as a prosecutor, handling a broad range of cases — from traffic offenses to serious first-degree felonies. He understands how the government builds its cases and now uses that knowledge to advocate for individuals facing criminal charges.

Adam began his legal career as a law clerk for two trial court judges, both of whom were widely regarded as among the finest trial attorneys in Central Pennsylvania before taking the bench. During his clerkship, Adam drafted legal opinions on a range of criminal law issues, several of which were later affirmed by the Superior Court. That experience helped him develop a strong analytical framework for assessing complex criminal legal matters and sharpened his understanding of courtroom strategy and legal reasoning.

Adam maintains a strong professional focus on wiretap and electronic surveillance law, with particular interest in the government’s use of digital data and technology in criminal investigations and prosecutions. He is well-versed in the legal and constitutional implications of these practices and is committed to safeguarding his clients’ rights in cases involving complex surveillance and data-driven evidence.

A graduate of Widener Delaware Law School, Adam is known for his thorough preparation, clear communication with clients, and unwavering commitment to protecting the rights of the accused at every stage of the process. Whether facing a misdemeanor or a serious felony, clients trust Adam to stand in their corner and provide strong, effective representation.
